After a day on the slopes, the calm, elegant atmosphere was just right, with a nice balance of comfort and luxury. The service was smooth from check-in through departure, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our room was beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, with a cozy alpine feel. The location is right in the heart of Courchevel, convenient for the slopes and everything nearby. A great stay from beginning to end. I’d happily return and recommend it.

The people were a real bright spot. The housekeepers, barman, and driver were all lovely, helpful, and cheerful, and made the stay much more enjoyable. The restaurant, though, was a big letdown. The food was quite bad, the vegetarian choices were basically nonexistent in 2026, and the quality felt very poor for the high prices. I expected a lot better. The hotel itself is also quite old, which shows in several facilities. Better food and some maintenance work could make the experience much better.

Breakfast had the best croissant I’ve ever had, and I’d have eaten plenty more if a busy ski day hadn’t been waiting. The reception team listened carefully and handled my questions well. Staff were excellent, and the location, rooms, and facilities were all spot on. A great hotel 👏🏻

The location is easily the best part, and having an indoor ski room where you can rent gear right there is a real game changer. The shuttle ran flawlessly, and the food was genuinely amazing. Such a beautiful hotel. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good. Friendly staff and great facilities made us feel at home, and everything was well managed from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended.
