Kristel was easy to contact and really helpful. The location is so convenient for a ski trip, with Griserie right next door.

We had to hunt around for a chopping board and knives, and there was no oven, just a hob and microwave. The room was far too small for three adults, let alone four, and the lounge sofa bed felt like it belonged to the pre-war era. The toilet smelled of urine, the sheets had holes, and the towels were paper thin. I'd bring your own bedding and towels. The pub and ski area underneath the apartments also made it very noisy. We've been coming to LT for nearly 30 years, and this was the worst accommodation we've stayed in. I complained to Crystal, and they offered £150 as a goodwill gesture, but it didn't address the issues and just brushed them aside. I've now taken the complaint to ABTA and will update when I hear back.

The apartment was so basic and small that we were very disappointed, especially after being moved from the Grand Bois, where we had booked with Crystal Holidays. We were told this was a more expensive apartment, but it didn't compare with the place we usually stay. There was a urine smell at the entrance, and both the sheets and towels had stains and holes. You also have to make the beds yourself. We had no oven, knives or chopping boards, which made cooking difficult and meant we spent much more eating out than planned. It felt cramped even for two, despite being advertised for three or four. We met other people in the resort sharing between three and four to an apartment, which really isn't on. We'll raise this with Crystal and update the review when we hear back.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and each apartment has a veranda with lovely views of the pistes or mountains. The kitchen has enough facilities, though they can be a bit limited and there's no oven. Apartments are comfortable for two or three, but a little tight for four. There's a separate toilet, good storage, and a handy, if chilly, ski locker. It's our second stay at Le Brétania complex, and the ski-in, ski-out access is the real draw. The complex is next to the free beginner and children's ski area, with immediate access to the end of Plan Fontaine green run and La Folyere blue run. The La Tania cable car is only about 300 metres from the entrance, and you can ski there.
