I had a really difficult stay. It was hard to work out where the room was, and there was nobody around to ask for help. The place felt abandoned, the road and parking area were completely dark, and it was frightening. It's out in the middle of nowhere, with no contact person. The room was barely bigger than the bed, so getting into it felt like diving in. The mattress and pillows were poor, there was no bedside table or light, and the TV didn't work. The only hairdryer was tiny, broken, and wouldn't turn on. In the kitchen, the coffee machine wasn't a Nespresso, so I couldn't make coffee. There weren't even basic supplies, just two sugar sachets and a little salt. Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. Unbelievable.

Unit 208A is very old and poorly maintained, with small beds. Be prepared for a long walk to the city center.

We'd definitely come back. The apartment was very quiet and a perfect size for four adults, warm, comfortable, and well equipped. The agency had made the beds before we arrived, and there were plenty of towels and hot water. There was one shower, one bath, and one toilet. The ski locker is downstairs, and parking in the private car park was easy. You can ski out, though getting back in the evening from the jardin alpin lift meant a short walk. We drove to the grocery shop in the mornings, since it was too far to walk there and back and still catch the first lift.

We had a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment had a lovely terrace, and it was well equipped. Everything worked as it should.
