For Courchevel 1850, it's okay, but very old and spartan.

The staff are friendly and the place is clean, but it really doesn't meet Courchevel's standards. The building dates from the 1970s and has never been renovated. It's very dated, with ancient bathrooms and extremely basic comfort. Be warned, the website photos are misleading.

The apartment is relatively cheap for this village and conveniently located for the slopes, but the price doesn't match what you get. The exterior is in deplorable condition, while the inside is acceptable. WiFi costs extra, and the speed is very low, which feels outdated. I hope the owner improves the quality without raising prices.

The views across Courchevel are stunning, and the management team is fantastic. The building has seven floors and feels a little dated, but the studios are well equipped and comfortable, with a kitchen, bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub, bunk beds, a living area with a wardrobe and sofa bed, TV, and balcony. The pool is especially popular in summer.

There's mold in the bathroom, and the damp smell hits you as soon as you walk into the dated rooms. The nightclub was unbearable every night. At least the location is very convenient for the slopes, lifts, ski school, restaurants, and shops.
