Getting the keycard from reception took hours. The desk was completely inefficient, and checkout was slow too. The shower gave about a spoonful of water in ten minutes, and breakfast was awful, with more choice at a gas station. The woman at checkout spoke only French. Half an hour later I managed to leave the keycard, but couldn't get my facture before noon. They said they'd email it, but never did. I called the number and got a phone menu with a hundred options, all in French. Eventually a French-speaking woman put me through to the hotel, where I waited 15 minutes listening to awful music before the call was cut off. If you're very patient, don't mind skipping showers or breakfast, and don't need a facture, this might suit you. Worst experience ever.

We spent about 1500€ at this hotel and got very poor service. Rooms 238 and 242 had heaters that didn't work, and my wife, my sister, and I all got sick. Both rooms smelled bad around the toilets. We asked for a king-size bed for my wife and me, but they pushed two separate beds together, so we spent our time putting them back together. After we complained, they moved us to other rooms, but those had the same problem: dirty air conditionner units that were broken and noisy. I don't recommend staying here. I do want to give credit to the front desk staff, who did a great job. The problem was the rooms and the quality of the stay.

The service was incredible, and everyone was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Really good value for the money. We arrived late at night, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The lobby was very clean, and so was our room. Just right for an overnight stop while travelling.
