A home run hotel with welcoming, warm staff, and prices much more reasonable than Paris. It has a genuinely local, authentic feel. The restaurant's pizza was excellent, so I'd stick with that if you're expecting the richer, more flavorful Italian pasta you get in the US. My pasta was extremely plain, with barely any parmesan and no real meat sauce. Honestly, it tasted like boiled pasta with a little tomato sauce mixed in.

We only ate here, though the hotel looked wonderful and would have been my backup if I hadn't found rooms in Saint Aubin Sur Mer. The onsite Italian Restaurant was affordable, and my pizza really hit the spot. The rest of our tour group ordered different dishes, and everyone was happy with what they got.

I stayed in 3 different rooms over 9 nights in August 2025. The location is perfect, and the rooms are simple and clean. There's no air con, and with the windows open it can get noisy, but a fan is provided and we were always comfortable. The noise didn't bother us, and earplugs are provided. The staff work really hard and are kind and helpful. Excellent value for the price.

The hotel is right by the beach in a nice, quiet town, and perfectly placed for visiting the Normandy beaches. My room was bright, very clean, and had a lovely sea view. There's a kettle for making tea and coffee, and the hotel restaurant has a menu in English. The staff were very friendly. More electric plugs in the room would be useful. We had 2 joined single beds instead of one double, and you could feel the difference.

A wonderful stay. The restaurant serves drinks in the afternoon and starts its full menu after 7 PM. The crepes were delicious!
