The food was tasty, and the bed was comfortable. Getting to the motorway was handy, and parking felt secure.

We’d booked a room for a break on a long drive and included our cat in the reservation. It was accepted, but when we arrived after dark, the owner told us to leave because he didn’t want cats. He said he only takes dogs, though that wasn’t stated anywhere, including on the Logis website where we found the hotel. He was very rude and offered no suggestion or help. We were left trying to sort things out on a cold Saturday evening in an area with few hotels. Thanks to Hotel Le Relais, Courtenay for such an unfriendly experience.

We had a good stopover, and the rooms were big. Parking was easy, though not completely secure. The WiFi in our room was poor.

The food was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. We were welcomed warmly, and it’s close to the centre.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and there was lots of it. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the restaurant. The hotel was quiet, and the welcome was excellent. I was very happy with our night there with my children, and would highly recommend it.
