Lizzie and her husband were welcoming and attentive during my three nights there. She was easygoing and happy to share some time at home. I especially enjoyed the evening drinks and the quiet atmosphere.

We arranged our stay by phone and email and got confirmation, but several days later it was cancelled in favor of a Booking.com reservation. The owner can't be relied on. Don't book this guesthouse, you'll be disappointed. Avoid it at all costs.

I booked two nights for work and was pleasantly surprised by how warmly they welcomed me. They're a charming couple who really care about their guests' well-being. I highly recommend them.

We arrived at about 1:45 a.m., after the Indochine concert in Bordeaux, and were expected. They even had hot chocolate and a pastry ready for us. Since we'd gone to bed so late, we got up at 10:48 a.m. and found a big breakfast waiting. That would've been impossible at a hotel where we'd have had to come down by 9:30 at the latest. Don't hesitate to stay at Lizzie's!

This was completely unacceptable. We'd booked a weekend stay and everything seemed fine, but 15 days later the reservation was cancelled by email so they could give preference to a Booking.com booking. The staff were unreliable.
