B&B Hotel Annecy Cran-Gevrier

We arrived at 9 pm with small children, and the check-in machine put us on separate floors. The help button didn't get us rooms near each other, so my husband slept in the kids' room. There were no towels in the second room, and nobody was reachable to bring any, leaving two towels for four people. We also found blood on the sheets. The next morning, we told the staff how badly the arrival had gone. She didn't seem to understand that it was poor service and didn't even apologize. We won't stay here again.

The supermarket nearby was really handy, just a five-minute walk away with lots of food to choose from. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. In the mornings the staff have a cute white dog around, which brightened our day. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable. Checking in late was easy thanks to the self-service machine, since reception was closed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, too. I had a great stay at B&B Hotel in Annecy. Ms. Clara and Anne-Charlotte at reception were especially friendly and helpful, and the staff were cooperative and made sure I had what I needed. I appreciated the service and the thoughtful touches.

We paid for breakfast for three people, but arrived more than an hour before it was meant to end and found nothing left, not even bread or water. We waited 40 minutes, with an eight-hour trip ahead of us, and the young woman on duty still didn't restock anything. Afterward I emailed to ask for a refund. The response came across as arrogant and claimed everything was being prepared, which wasn't true while we were waiting and nothing appeared. They offered a service they couldn't manage, then wouldn't refund what we'd paid. Being told to keep waiting after we'd already waited 40 minutes felt downright insolent. I've never had such rude staff or such outrageously poor service. The worst stay of my life. If you want to start your day in a bad mood, spend a night here.
