La Cabane Aux Loups

That pasture view and the Texan decor won me over, and inside it felt like being in a real treehouse. The place has a lovely trip-down-memory-lane feeling. François was a wonderful host and gave us such a warm welcome. We had a marvelous weekend at this true haven of peace. Thank you again… ☺️😁

We really liked the place, which makes what happened especially disappointing. The owner cancelled my reservation the day before we were due to leave, and I felt the reasons were unfair. I'd explained that it was for a bachelorette party with just three of us, but the owner assumed there'd be alcohol, noise, and damage because of that. I had clearly read the listing's “no party” rule. We weren't even given a chance to discuss it. It's a shame the owner needs to be more professional. I wish zero stars were an option.

We felt like we were in a Netflix series, haha, with all that fresh air and nature around us. The place was fantastic for a family with children: there was a pool, barbecue, trampoline, and more, everything we needed was there. François gave us a warm, professional, personal welcome and adapted to our concerns. My wife, the kids, and I had a wonderful time. Thanks, we'll be back soon!

The chili was delicious, and François made sure we had a wonderful time with his warm welcome, availability, and quick responses. The Trapper's Cabin gave us a magical romantic getaway, with nature, peace, and relaxation that made it feel like we were deep in the forest, even though it's just a stone's throw from Paris. It's a unique little haven and a lovely change of scenery. Thank you for everything, see you very soon!
