The double charge still hasn't been fixed, even though I told the hotel about the booking mistake and asked for a refund. That lack of follow-up feels unfair, and it leaves me feeling that customers aren't properly protected. A very disappointing experience.

It's handy to have shops and restaurants nearby, and the rooms are kept in good shape. Made for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was simple, but tasty and good value for the price. The room was spotless, and the front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were friendly and switched to English when they saw we spoke very little French. Breakfast was good, with fresh bread and enough choice. We had a spacious, clean double room and bathroom on the first floor for one night while travelling through southern France. The shower was roomy too, and the bed was alright. We only got one small and one large towel for two people. It wasn't an issue on such a short stay. The double bed has one mattress, so you'll feel it if your partner moves around a lot. We've stayed at Ibis styles hotels on a few recent trips. ACE was just as good, maybe better, and we had a nice stay.

On our way back from Italy to England, we stopped here overnight. It was clean, pleasant, and the staff were accommodating. We had a comfortable, relaxed break. Thank you.
