During my four years studying physiotherapy, my partner and I called this residence home. The owners were lovely, quick to respond, and always ready to listen. The place is clean and well cared for, and its location is spot on. The all-inclusive price was a real advantage and gave us peace of mind. Having air conditioning in summer was a bonus, too. We’re grateful for those four years and would happily recommend the apartments.

The owners were the real highlight, always charming, flexible, and easy to reach. Thanks, Marie! I found this place at the last minute for my year studying at the Institute of Thermalism in Dax, and it turned out to be so convenient. My classic room was modern and pleasant, with a good bathroom, a desk, and everything I needed. The ground-floor shared kitchen was well equipped, and having a personal container in the fridge kept things organized. It was only 6 minutes and 40 seconds from my studies. Compared with what my classmates had, I was really happy with the Richelieu, and the price is very competitive for Dax. I highly recommend it.

For two and a half years I lived in this residence, which is ideally placed for enjoying Dax and getting to nearby amenities. The owners were kind and always available when I needed something, and they responded quickly. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the outdoor patio, and the shared areas were spotless. The room had everything I needed and the bedding was excellent. The owner was attentive and always available. I highly recommend staying here.
