Avoid this hotel! It was filthy, with ants, huge spiders, rat droppings beside the washing machine, and bedbugs. It hadn't been cleaned, so I had to bleach everything when I arrived. The terraces were badly maintained too. There was no one at reception; you had to ask someone inside for directions or help. The manager was nasty and insolent, spoke rudely, and didn't care about guests. She let just anyone in and was never around to keep an eye on who came and went. Avoid at all costs!

When I got into the room, the tobacco smoke was awful, and the air tickled my throat. The sheets didn't look fresh when I pulled them back. There was a dead fly with black dots around it. I rolled up the bottom sheet with DEET, and once it got crowded, I saw red and black dots. The owner came by and replaced the sheets. There was also black gunk in the corners. Gross. I sat outside until late to recover from the heat. Later, I saw the owner walking up, locking the front door, and leaving. My room key wouldn't let me back in, so I had to wake someone up. Draw your own conclusions.

I booked through Booking.com for one night because the listing said pets were allowed. That turned out to be misleading: pets may be accepted, but dogs aren't. We had to cancel. If you're travelling with pets, avoid this place.

Don't book through Booking.com, especially if you have pets. You may not be able to stay, and they can keep your money. The listing says pets are accepted, but it depends on which room you choose, and you only learn that after paying. On the day of our reservation, we got a message saying pets weren't allowed in that room and that we should book the studio with a terrace. They also said only small dogs are accepted. After that, there was nothing. We wrote and called, but got no reply. NO ONE. Booking.com was just as dishonest and incompetent, telling us to cancel and find somewhere else, which is what we did, paying for another place. Then, to our surprise, at 8:30 pm the thieves texted, "What time are you arriving? We never asked for any additional fees." Don't book here. The ad is misleading, and I felt they had no intention of hosting or welcoming us, only of taking our money. It's a blatant scam!
