ibis Styles Deauville Centre

The staff were the real highlight: everyone was amazing, friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is right in the middle of town, with reasonable rates and breakfast included. My room was clean and comfortable, and small, which is pretty typical for European hotels. Pets are accepted for a nominal fee. There's a nice dining and lounge area for breakfast or a drink from the bar later on. My one gripe was the wifi. On both my phone and laptop it logged me out automatically every 30 minutes, so I had to verify and reconnect each time. That got tedious, but I still really enjoyed my stay.

It's in a quiet, convenient spot, with free parking nearby. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The hotel was nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There were thoughtful extras, like a fresh water fountain, a cafe open late for hot chocolate, and several places to sit and relax. Breakfast had a delicious, wide selection of hot and cold food.

I chose this room because I needed air conditioning for a medical condition, but it never got cool. One employee said they’d bring a fan later. When nothing changed, I went back and another man at the desk said there was nothing they could do. Booking a room for a specific need and not getting it feels like false advertising, as others have said.
