The reception lady gave us such a warm welcome, even though our train got in early. That meant a lot. My two daughters loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, and we all enjoyed our stay. It’s very well located, and we hope to come back!

The room was magnificent, and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the whole team, especially Clémence, who was so kind and available.

8/10
The staff were excellent, both at reception and with service, and being close to the surfboards was lovely. The room itself was pleasant, but it could use another chair and a bench for suitcases. The jacuzzi wasn’t working very well in massage mode, and it’s very deep without handles. There was quite a lot of noise early on our last morning. I wondered if it was a trolley being moved.

Our package included a massage, breakfast and two days of access to the wellness area, which we really enjoyed. The room was clean, spacious and perfect, and the staff were very attentive. We had a great stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Deauville.

10/10
The staff were so kind, and the little thoughtful touches made a difference. Our room was very quiet, with lovely high-quality bedding. Villa Odette is close to the town center and seafront promenade, so it’s great for the beach and those lovely little restaurants. A really rejuvenating stay!
