We loved being able to choose on-site which days to have breakfast, and it was delicious, authentic food. The hosts were friendly, the description matched the place, and the pool and pétanque court were lovely. Our wooden room was beautifully designed, with air conditioning and a stunning sea view.

A lovely room, kept super clean, in a charming little spot near the beach. We spent a few days at Carré Royal and really enjoyed the peaceful pool area. The hosts were discreet, flexible, and always ready to help. Such a lovely place to stay!

We came for two nights in the second week of June 2023 and ended up wishing we'd booked longer. The cottages are clean and well looked after, with everything provided and a nice mosquito canopy over the bed. We stayed in cottage Pinta. The grounds are lovely, and it's quiet by the pool, making this a great place to unwind. Breakfast was more than enough, and you can have it brought to your terrace if you ask. For a small extra fee, you can add a fried egg. The owners, Catherine and Alexander, were very friendly, helpful, and discreet. Ask them for ideas if you're unsure where to go. By car, Anse de la perle, Plage de Malendure, where you can kayak to Reserve Cousteau, is about 40 minutes away, and PAM pizza was the best pizza in Guadeloupe. A small warning if you leave luggage on the ground, Alexander gets happy feet 😅, a joke only he will understand. This place suits couples who want peace and quiet. It doesn't seem suited to party people or groups who want to drink and have fun late into the night. We've stayed in Guadeloupe four times, and this was easily our best stay. Keep up the good work, Catherine and Alexander.

We stayed in The Caravelle apartment, which has a large terrace, two small bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a beach-bar look, and a big, fully equipped kitchen. There are quality towels, and both bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool is right beside the terrace, and parking is provided. It's kid friendly, the owners speak English, and they're a very friendly, service-minded young couple. The place is quiet at night and away from the main road. There are plenty of lovely beaches nearby, and supermarkets are a 5-10 minute drive away. Carrefour is in Saint-Rose city. There are lots of mosquitoes in the evening, though you can use the mosquito repellent smokers in the kitchen. The WiFi is very slow, and there's no TV.
