The owners and staff are lovely, and we had a comfortable room and an excellent dinner. The hotel is right opposite Die station and seems especially popular with bikers. Check-in isn't until 5, but Die's bars are just a short walk away, so arriving early, as we did, still gave us something to do while we waited.

There’s plenty of off-road parking, and the owner is bike-friendly, with secure storage for all our bikes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but fine as a base for exploring the area. There’s no air conditioning, which was a bit tough during a heatwave, though the ceiling fans helped. A good fit for groups or families who want basic accommodation while exploring the outdoors.

The hosts were very kind, but they didn't seem to understand gluten intolerance very well. This place isn't as gluten-free as its "certified" listing on the site "avec plaisir" suggests. I ended up eating alone in my room.

The rooms are simple but comfortable, with nice views and a quiet atmosphere. The owners were helpful and friendly, and there’s a nice beer garden outside.

We booked because the place said it was dog-friendly, but after a long drive we arrived in the evening and were told they wouldn't take our dogs 🤷♂️. We were left “homeless” late at night in Die.
