The apartment looks out over the port, which is a plus, but getting there was a real problem. You have to leave the parking lot and go behind a restaurant where the floor is greasy. I nearly fell and broke my neck three times. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow and dirty, and there are far too many of them to climb. The parking arrangement really needs attention.
