ibis Dijon Centre Clemenceau

The staff treated us well, but the room was dusty and not clean. The sheets smelled of sweat and looked dirty, as if they hadn't been washed. The heater wasn't working either, so the floor was cold underfoot.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a big selection, apart from the scrambled eggs. They were awful, a ready-made product with a texture like dry semolina porridge. There was only one high chair in the breakfast room despite all the families, which made breakfast really stressful and the day started badly. The hotel itself is quite good, clean and modern, with functional rooms. But the defective blind meant it was impossible to darken the room.

The parking was the one clear advantage, at €7.50 for 24 hours. Breakfast was nice, and the bed and sheets were clean, but the small room smelled bad and the toilet still smelled of urine after several flushes. More than €150 for a night is too much for what you get.

The breakfast was good, but I won't repeat the experience. The room was in very poor condition for cleanliness, with a plastic table that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was no minibar or wardrobe, just a few open shelves. The staff were unfriendly, almost as though being there for guests was a favor.
