The rooms are extremely noisy. At night, I could clearly hear water running through the pipes from other rooms, loud enough to wake me. The hotel has potential, but poor management and the noise issues ruined the experience. Check-in was a disaster. I emailed twice before arriving but never got instructions, and reception closes at 8:00 PM. When I called the emergency line, the staff hung up because of a language barrier. Eventually I reached someone who gave me access codes while I was driving. The instructions weren’t clear, so I had to try every door in the building to find my room. Management said they hadn’t sent instructions because I don’t have a French phone number. This doesn’t feel like a tourist-friendly establishment.

The rooms are small, but the location is fantastic. Downtown, the shore and restaurants are just one block away.

We could have used a bit more room to move around and fit all our things, but that was our only complaint. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay in Dinard: the room was clean and nicely decorated, the shower was great, and nights were really quiet. The city centre was just a five-minute walk away.

The manager called when we were running late for the 9pm check-in, which was kind of them. We got restaurant and beach tips too. This family-run hotel made us feel at home, and we especially appreciated that after being away from the kids for the first time in a while. Our room was tiny but lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was stunning, served in a beautifully decorated room. I usually find some small reason not to give five stars, but I couldn't here.

The rooms are small, but the little houses beside the hotel can be rented for larger families. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a treat, with freshly made crepes and fresh bakery items. The photos show the common areas.
