Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water was a real pleasure. We could sit there watching the world go by, and see people eyeing our table as if they wished they were sitting there too. We had a fabulous week in July. The hotel is bright and stylish, the rooms very comfortable, and the service excellent. The restaurant is very good in the evening, with a quite exceptional wine list. You might spend more at one of Dinard's bigger, fancier hotels, but you'd miss out on this charming place in such a perfect location. I can't recommend La Vallee highly enough. We'll be back!

The carpet in the rooms and hall is worn and really brings the experience down. Apart from that, this was a great place. The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful, and the location made it easy to walk to both the beach and town.

We didn't eat here, but the staff were nice. Our room was very small, though it looked over the little beach, which gets lovely sunshine. The location was great.

The view and the cellar were great, and the lobster dumplings were incredible. I had them twice in a row, and they were still awesome. With that wine list, you'll have a great evening. A quick review: I've now tried every Michelin star restaurant in Paris and every three-star restaurant in France, and I'm revisiting most of them while exploring more. I heard about this place because the chef had previously worked at the George V. Follow me for reviews and updates.

The food was average. My Cordon blue arrived lukewarm, and the seafood soup tasted like dirty mud. It's a nice place to sit out of the wind, if you're willing to put up with the male waiter's attitude.
