We got a good night's rest in a very good bed, and the pillows were good too. The room was already at a comfortable temperature when we arrived because the air-conditioning was on, so we could rest straight away. The place was very tidy. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the lovely city center. We're halfway through our trip, and this was a very good stop for what we needed. The guy at reception was very friendly as well. We're going for breakfast now, and we'd definitely stay again if we needed another good place to rest.

The place was extremely clean and tidy, and not bad at all for the price. My room was the cheapest available, so I can't complain, but I hadn't realized it looked out over an air-conditioning unit. Breakfast was good, though there wasn't any cooked food.

The hotel was spotless, and the owners had left us a bottle of Rosé from their vineyard. It was "Lush", as we say in Wales. It's five minutes on foot to a supermarket and about 30 minutes to Dole city center, which is fabulous. We broke down on the motorway in our camper van and had to find a hotel ourselves. The staff helped us deal with the insurance problems and the language barrier. I don't know how we'd have managed without them. There were hospitality students at the hotel, and the two gentlemen running things showed them customer service at its best.

Good ingredients, though the breakfast itself is simple. The rooms are comfortable but very small, and the new swimming pool is a big plus. This is a peculiar hotel: the interior was recently renovated, while the building outside looks like an architectural nightmare from the 80s. It's in an industrial area without much charm, and the walk into the city center isn't pleasant, so taking a car is better. Recommended for a stopover, as it's close to the motorway.

Clean, very nice rooms with air-conditioning, friendly service and a good breakfast. The price is good too. We'll come back.
