We were lucky enough to have lunch at this guesthouse in complete privacy, which was unusual since it isn’t a restaurant. The calm, magical setting was a joy, and the traditional local food was a treat. We started with a poppy seed kir, and the rest is something you’ll have to discover for yourself. The owner welcomed us with such gentleness and warmth, and the service made conversation easy. We chatted quite a bit, including about the magnificent princess Josephine Baker. Thank you for such a lovely time.

A full meal with aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and unlimited wine, all for a modest price. The cuisine was excellent and refined, and the hosts brought plenty of smiles, intelligence, and friendliness. Go give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The countryside setting is lovely, with a magnificent open view, and the cottage still has its authentic rural charm. We were welcomed in a warm, homelike way, and came away feeling truly rested and refreshed.

A horrible experience. The place felt depressing and dirty. There were “sheep” in the room and the sheets were soiled. Our host said not to close the front door because opening it again would be a whole problem. At breakfast, food was stuck to the spoons and plates, and the tablecloth hadn’t been cleaned. Avoid at all costs!

Marianne and Jean-Marc are wonderful cooks. We were pleasantly surprised by all the flavors, and really enjoyed sharing a meal with such friendly, welcoming hosts. It was a complete meal at a good price.
