The photos make the place look lovely, but what we found was very different. The house has a lot of potential, yet it seems completely neglected. There was a heavy stale tobacco smell throughout, and we found insects in the beds and curtains. Cleaning was basically nonexistent, and the dishwasher didn't work.
The architecture of the house and the view are lovely, but nearly everything else was wrong. The garden chairs were badly damaged, and the lawnmower was kept in the bathroom. Inside, there was a leak, dust everywhere, and the kitchen utensils were greasy and dirty. It didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. The oven and dishwasher were broken, the heating couldn't be adjusted, and there was no hot water for showers. One toilet was clogged and the other had a stuck flush. There wasn't much to cook with, and there were no wine glasses. The outdoor lights tripped the circuit breaker. There was no Wi-Fi or television, despite both being advertised.
