The balcony has a superb view, and the room comes with all the essentials. There's a direct, convenient path to the beach through a coded door, and the entrance and shared areas are kept up well. The residence has a large pool that's slightly heated. It's also well placed for highly rated restaurants and crêperies, just a 5-10 minute walk away. There's public parking out front, but check with the host when booking if underground parking is available.

After I booked, I was messaged and asked to cancel because they wanted to rent the apartment for more money, then rebook it. We objected because our reservation was already confirmed. Now they've let someone else book it. Avoid these scammers.

Access to the beach and nearby shops is very convenient thanks to the apartment's location. I wouldn't choose it in winter, though. We stayed cold even with the radiators on and set to thermostat 8. I'm not usually bothered by the cold, but I needed a thick sweater to keep warm. It has good equipment overall, although the toilet flush is very stiff, the bathroom taps need attention, and an outlet in the living room needs fixing. We were told Wi-Fi was available, but there were no instructions. After looking around, I found the router and worked out the password.

We went at the end of May, when the residence was very quiet. The beach and bay views are breathtaking. Having an underground parking space was especially handy on weekends, since street parking is expensive. A very pleasant place.
