Loft Château des Salles

The farm's organic produce was so fresh and full of flavor, and you can taste the care for the land in each dish. They also make their own red and rosé wines, which you really should try there. This is a warm, genuine place for a flavorful getaway, set in an enchanting, beautifully restored property with a real sense of history. Service went beyond what I expected, with every detail carefully considered. A true hidden gem among the vineyards. Don't hesitate to discover it!

Parking is on site, and the farm setting is very peaceful. The owners are lovely and welcoming. Château des Salles now has a restaurant as well as accommodation, market gardening, and winemaking. The dining room is tastefully decorated and holds around 20-25 people. The minimalist menu uses garden vegetables and seasonal produce, and the cooking is refined with impeccable presentation. Everything was excellent and good value for money. A very pleasant surprise!

A peaceful spot away from the noise, yet still close to the center of Draguignan. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the flavors were excellent, with a more than reasonable price for the quality. Ferme Auberge is one of the rare places offering real quality these days. I'd go back without hesitation!

Set among stone and vineyards, this charming place has a real Provençal feel. The local produce is beautifully presented, the food is delicious, and the service is delightful. A lovely experience I'd happily repeat.
