AC Hotel Paris Le Bourget Airport

Getting around by car was easy, and the area felt calm. Being near Le Bourget Airport was handy, especially for business travel. The building has a distinctive look, with a clean, professional exterior, and the hotel itself seemed modern and well cared for.

AMELIA on the rooftop was the best part of my stay. I liked having a drink outside in the late afternoon and enjoyed both dinners there. Marian provided good service, and the whole Amelia team was very accommodating. Thank you, Marian, and merci Natalia. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the exhibition grounds for a trade show, and the room was clean and comfortable, though basic. The location felt like the middle of nowhere. I had asked for a quiet room away from the elevators, but mine was right across from them and directly over the garbage area, with constant clattering and noise. The reservation agent offered extra Bonvoy points and a complimentary drink for the mix-up. I'd stay here again only if I had to while returning for the fair.

I've returned to this hotel several times because it works well for my needs location-wise. The hotel is clean and comfortable, probably the best option around, though finding somewhere nearby to eat in the evening is difficult. Breakfast is another drawback. For a hotel in this category, it's very basic, and the exact same choices every day get monotonous fast.

I handed in my express laundry at 9:30 in the morning, even though they said it could be dropped off until 10:30. When I checked that night, it wasn't there. They told me it was with the laundry service, which was closed, and said I could expect everything clean in the morning. That seemed fine since I was leaving at 1 pm. But in the morning they called to say they hadn't sent it the day before because I'd brought it after 10:30. That's a lie. The guy just forgot to send it, and now all my clothes are dirty, I have nothing to wear, and I have to leave. The communication was TERRIBLE, and the customer service was even worse.
