The residence is in a good location, but our apartment "19" was beside the parking lot and kept getting hit with garbage smells. That's why I gave it three stars.

The setting is incredible. I loved the river beside the studios, the little wooden bridge to the entrances, and the pontoon out front, with the trees, lake, and those majestic mountains. But it's shameful that there are only regular bins and no recycling bins on site. It's 2024! People end up tossing recycling in the trash because going across the road and walking 400m to the recycling bins is easier. Such a shame!

The little studio was cozy and had everything we needed. We loved our stay at La Baie des Voiles, and we'll definitely come back. It's great and not far from Annecy.
