Love this place. The views are lovely, and the setting is beautiful. It isn’t the cheapest spot to stay or eat, but it isn’t the priciest either. The quality is good, so I’ll definitely be back again and again. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.

The evening meal was the best we’ve ever had in France, even after staying and eating at Relais & Chateaux. We got a great welcome, and room no 1 was superb. Absolutely fabulous, awesome in a word. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Saltimbanque gave us a wonderful time. The service was excellent, and the price felt very reasonable, even inexpensive for an experience this good. We loved the delicious food, especially the high quality tasting menu. We expected four courses but got to try many more. The ingredients were top-notch, and I’d highly recommend it.
