ISKÖ Chalets-Hötel

Lovely views and a beautiful place. It’s clear they’ve invested, and are still investing, in new buildings and remodeling. The people in charge were super friendly. Dinner was amazing, and breakfast was simple but enough. Just one small thing, there was no conditioner in the bathroom.

The chalets have been completely refurbished, and ours was a comfortable three-room house with a breathtaking mountain view. Reception was perfect, friendly and efficient. I’d highly recommend it.

There were ants throughout the chalet, and towels and basic supplies weren’t changed or replenished during our stay unless it lasted at least five nights. There were enough little shortcomings that, for the price, it may not be worth it. This doesn’t feel up to a four-star hotel’s standards. They offered to move us to another chalet, but we’d already unpacked everything, so it wasn’t practical. Chalet number 1 was also difficult to access. Breakfast was overpriced and not worth the cost.

Set 2 km from the resort in a quiet spot, this unusual hotel is made up of colorful, charming chalets scattered across the site. Ours was on the plateau, with a lovely terrace view of the mountains, free parking beside the chalet, comfortable and functional accommodation, good-quality bedding, and a beautiful bathroom. It’s a unique, very pleasant place, with a professional and friendly welcome. We’ll return.
