Quietly tucked into the lovely town of Entré Deux, this hotel felt calm and relaxing. The staff were easygoing, and the place was clean and comfortable. Their chef is excellent, and the cocktails were great too. Merci!

6/10
The views and location are pleasant, and the staff are polite and helpful. Still, as another reviewer mentioned, it didn’t really feel like a 4-star hotel. There’s no AC in the rooms, so in summer you have to leave the windows open. What really disrupted my sleep was the roosters starting up around 4 am. I’m a light sleeper, and the night was very broken.

Such a beautiful, genuinely restorative stay. The staff were lovely, the services were good quality, and the amenities were great. We’ll definitely come back!

8/10
The mountain views are breathtaking, and the restaurant is very good, with polite, helpful staff. The hotel has real style and is run with a lot of passion. It felt refreshingly different from the usual hotel chains. There’s no AC in the rooms, but the ventilation was enough for us. If we ever get back to Reunion, we’ll stay here again.

4/10
I’d give two stars, for the pool and cleanliness. This really doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was poor and not very tasty: two kinds of cheese, salami, butter, a tasteless omelette, croissants, and some marmalade. The wooden stairs to our room were old, with some broken pieces, and the room doors need repainting.
