Aurora made the blanc de blancs tasting such a good time. She was warm, knew her stuff, and explained everything brilliantly. We learned loads while chatting and tasting together, and the champagne was one of our favorites from the trip. We'd happily come back.

We paid for a two-night booking made a week earlier, and the hotel had even emailed during the week to ask our arrival time. We replied as requested. Then, as we reached Reims train station on the day of our stay, an email arrived saying the accommodation wasn't available and there was no room for us. After lots of travel and countless hotel stays, I've never had hospitality treat us so disgracefully. I'd strongly advise people not to book here.

Right on the main Champagne headquarters street, this boutique hotel has a really impressive setup. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

I stayed at the hotel, and tried their champagne and piont wine while I was there. Both were very good.

The service was really rude. We stood in the tasting room queue for ages, then were told tastings had stopped, even though closing was still 30 minutes away. The person ahead of us was getting a tasting.
