I slept really well. The bed was comfortable, and the room stayed quiet despite being right in central Épernay. Breakfast was brought to my room, a delicious, peaceful way to start the day. Laure was a fantastic host, full of useful suggestions and advice, and even booked a restaurant for me. There was a glass of champagne waiting when I arrived. It’s a classic B&B in the host’s own home, with everything in the centre an easy walk away and convenient street parking on the same road. Warmly recommended.

We found this lovely place for a last-minute stay chez Laure. Our spacious, comfortable room had a little sitting area and horse-themed décor that showed her love of horses. Laure welcomed us in the evening with champagne and a homemade savory biscuit. Breakfast came with more of her cooking: homemade yogurt, cakes, fresh orange juice and jams. She was gracious and friendly, and gave us excellent tips about bike rentals and restaurants.

The Noble Equestrian Suite was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable big double bed. There was also a roomy sitting area with a sofa and TV, plus a modern bathroom with two stylish basins and a large shower. The host was warm and helpful, with great advice on Champagne houses to visit in Epernay and Reims. I had a wonderful time at Les Epicuriens and would recommend it to friends. I’d stay there again when I’m back in that part of France.
