Premiere Classe Epernay

We had a great time here. It’s a friendly little hotel and good value, with a simple breakfast and good coffee. There are car chargers in the parking area, plus a small terrace that’s just right for evening champagne tasting. The staff even kept our bottles chilled in a fridge behind the lobby. The room is small, with a boxed-in bathroom, but it does the job if you just need somewhere to sleep. Nothing fancy.

Breakfast was very good for a competitive price, with enough choices, though there was no meat. You get two hours and can have as much food and drink as you like. The room is only a few square metres, with a narrow bathroom that has the essentials, so it might be difficult to turn around in there if you’re XXL sized. The windows don’t open, and all night there were streetlights shining in, with a view of the champagne factory gates. Still, it’s convenient and relatively cheap if you don’t plan to spend much time there, handy after long trips and walks when you just want to wash up and sleep.

The hotel was more than satisfactory for the price, and the location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They’re dog-friendly, which is a big plus! I’ll stay here again the next time I’m passing through.

Secured parking was a big plus, and the city centre is an easy 15-minute walk away. The place was spotless and cozy, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everyone working there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay again!
