The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and there was even a heated towel rail. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the large smart TV was a nice touch. For a 2-star hotel, the quality is well above what I've found at some 3-star places. A very good choice.

We spent five nights here and really enjoyed chatting with the two young receptionists. The breakfast had plenty of variety and changed a little each day, and the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Elbek deserves a special mention for going out of their way to make our stay lovely. The hotel is a charming, typical little place, well located for restaurants and sights, and they can arrange a taxi from Bukhara train station. My only suggestion would be a softer mattress. We ran into the same issue across the country, apart from at places like Mercure and Hyatt. Keep up the good work!

Right in the city center, and there’s an elevator. The hotel was peaceful, very clean, and clearly well looked after. The staff made us feel welcome, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. I recommend it.

We had a lovely view of a small square with a Christmas market from our room. The hotel is right in the city center, and our room was spacious and well equipped, with a beautiful, luxurious bathroom. There was free parking in a locked garage. Breakfast was simple.
