Il Nido Chambres D'hôtes

Bruno was a wonderful host. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and breakfast was very good. We also ate at La Fontana, where both the food and atmosphere were amazing. This is a lovely little hotel, highly recommended.

That setting made for an excellent, relaxing stay, and the adjoining restaurant was a welcome bonus. It was pleasant and good quality. Our room felt spacious, with plenty of floor space and a private outdoor area, and the furnishings were tasteful. A work surface or desk in the bedroom would have been useful. The wardrobe was fine, though the bathroom could use more storage and towel rails. We also noticed there was no recycling bin in the breakfast room. Just minor points in an otherwise superb setting.

The owners were very kind, and we had a lovely two-night stay at this splendid property. Our large rooms were arranged over two floors, with new furnishings and thoughtful details. Breakfast was good and leaned more toward savory choices than sweet ones. The owners also run the excellent restaurant next door, which serves Italian food and products. We recommend both.

We especially enjoyed dinner at La Fontana, a real treat, and breakfast was varied and excellent too. We stayed one night at Il Nido, a cozy, relaxing place that lives up to its name. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with exceptional bedding. Many thanks to Bruno and Marine for being so kind and helpful.
