We left before our stay was over because of the smell. Some parts of the hotel had a strong musty odor, and the place needs remediation and better ventilation.

Audiernes is only a short drive away, and the church nearby is well worth seeing. The hotel itself is larger and more sprawling than the tiny, remote place we pictured when booking; its rooms have an older style but are comfortable. There are lovely beaches and rocky pointes close by, and the proprietor clearly cares about the region and offers useful information about places to visit.

BBC Radio's classical music was playing in the dining room, and the Concierge was polished, well-mannered, and spoke English probably better than you ;). The hotel has a lovely mix of old-time charm and modern necessities. Very recommendable.

There's so much natural beauty around the hotel, with the church and ocean nearby. The place has an authentic feel, and both the owners and employees are pleasant. A beautiful, friendly hotel. We'll absolutely come back 🖤🤍

The old furniture looks really nice, and there's a personal touch everywhere. This is a super nice family hotel with delicious food. Definitely order the fish with souse.
