The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the toiletries were good quality. It’s a decent hotel. The main drawback is that some second-floor rooms involve extra stairs and there’s no lift, which would be difficult for someone with a hip problem. The water temperature also kept varying between too hot and hot.

We had a really good stay this weekend, and I’d recommend the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly, it felt family-friendly, and there was plenty of parking. We couldn’t get the AC set the way we wanted, so we opened a window for fresh air. But with the swamp right beside the hotel, the frogs kept us awake all night. Still, it’s great value for the money.

The Italian restaurant outside was excellent, and the reception staff were very welcoming. The gentleman we spoke with had very good English. We booked both family rooms for a large group on the way to Disney, and they were huge with plenty of space. They looked a little dated, but were clean and comfortable, just right for a one-night stop. The reception area was lovely, and the small restaurant looked good too. We’d absolutely stay again to make the most of our time at Disneyland Paris.

The location was handy, with grocery stores, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff were great and attentive, and the hotel was dated but clean. The downsides: there was a charcoal smoke smell throughout the hotel, hallway and rooms, apparently from the lobby’s wood-burning fireplace. I’m sensitive to smoke, so it wasn’t pleasant. The room’s AC didn’t work, and the front door took ages to close, as if its tension needed adjusting. Breakfast was the same each day with no alternatives. The bar had only the bare basics and limited choices.
