The dinner was good, and we enjoyed seeing the goats, a very funny, cheerful dog, and two cats. But the shared bathrooms weren't clean, and breakfast was all industrial products. At a farm, we were disappointed not to find fresh homemade butter or dairy. The little wooden cabin had spiders and webs everywhere, and we even found a sock under the bed. My boyfriend is afraid of spiders, so we spent an hour cleaning before we could sleep. We’d booked it for a night’s rest during a long journey, and the view was a surprise. The business was run by two older ladies, one of whom prepared food for all the other tables too.

We’d happily stay here again. Our family room was clean and comfortable, and dinner was a real treat, with perfectly prepared home cooking. Breakfast came with delicious homemade preserves. It’s a peaceful, idyllic hideaway run by a family, with an unusual mix of quirky places to stay. We really enjoyed our one night here. What a great find!

There’s free parking for your RV or mobile home. The tasty local food at the restaurant is very reasonably priced, and you’ll probably find yourself ordering some. Enjoy!

The rooms were clean, and we had a good dinner and breakfast. Nice place, though there’s no Wi-Fi at all.
