We only meant to stay one night, then made it four. Check-in was quick even though we got there early, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size. There’s a laid-back spot in the lobby to sit, and the location worked really well for us. The staff were kind and helpful, with someone always at reception, day or night. We also liked the simple food options, like soup, cheese and charcuterie, and the tea and coffee available whenever you wanted. Being able to get tea late and take it up to our room was a nice touch. For a three-star hotel, we were genuinely impressed and would happily recommend it.

The breakfast room had a warm, cosy chalet feel, and the location and service were both great. Our room felt a little moody, though. Good value for the price overall.

The front desk staff were lovely and patient while we practised our French, and the breakfast was nice too. We stayed as a couple in early fall. The rooms were super clean, and the hotel is central, right by the weekly market and very close to the ferry terminal for Lausanne.

A cosy hotel in a great spot, with a really good breakfast. Everything was very good, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks!

The staff were accommodating and helpful, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. I especially liked the little balcony for some fresh air and its partial lake view. The shower floor was non-slip, a thoughtful detail. It’s a family-friendly hotel in a handy location, just steps from the water, ferry station, restaurants, shops and coffee shops.
