I ordered beef fillet with morels, and the meat was tough, even though fillet is meant to be tender. I think it was either microwaved or poor-quality meat, maybe a bit of both. I'm a chef and consider myself quite good, but the manager knows nothing about cooking. The side dishes were very good. When I raised the issue, she didn't accept the criticism and told me, "To each their own..." What a shame.

We were lucky to get a table on the sunny terrace for lunch, which was lovely after the drive. Every dish was delicious and refined, and the service was impeccable. We highly recommend it.
