The wine tasting and buying was great fun, and Aude had already arranged our restaurant bookings. We enjoyed walking there and the food was delicious. We booked two nights in April 26 and stayed in the three bedroom apartment, which worked perfectly for five adults. It had comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and was clean and spacious throughout. The private outdoor area was comfortable too. We were lucky with the weather, and Aude had opened the pool, so we got to enjoy that as well. A charming place with lots of character. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week with the family at Domaine Paul Hoc and loved it. Aude was a wonderful host, greeting us in person and giving helpful local recommendations and specific advice whenever we needed it. L’Atelier was beautiful, roomy and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a small fenced patio that was great for our dog. The kids enjoyed the garden too. Narbonne, Carcasonne and Bezier were easy drives away, and there were lovely walking paths and villages nearby. We visited between Christmas and New Year's in January, and many local businesses were closed despite their online hours, though that wasn't too surprising for the season. We'd come back in warmer weather and hope to use the pool. Thank you, Aude!

We've been here twice now and hope to return soon, even though our eldest daughter couldn't join us this year as the family gets older. Aude and Florence are always helpful, and the spacious apartments have aircon and WiFi. The village is a lovely place to wander, with characterful narrow streets, restaurants, a small shop that's well stocked, and a takeaway.

The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, in a quiet, beautiful setting. Aude and Florence were always available while giving us privacy, and were very helpful with restaurant ideas and bookings. We hope to come back. A fabulous place to stay in every way.

Aude and Florence made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They shared local tips and even held a wine tasting. With a barbecue, pool and air conditioning, Domaine Paul Huc was a comfortable home base for exploring the region. We had a fabulous time and will likely return next summer. Thank you both!
