The owner seemed to know who I was without ever asking for my room number, which really impressed me. I was there for a week, and the staff and the whole experience were insanely good. The rooms may not be five-star quality, and you're outside the city centre, but everything else made the week great. A well-deserved five stars.

The food and restaurant were out of this world, and the staff were great too. The hotel itself is a nice little place just off the main drag, though the outside looks a bit shabby chic and the room decor felt dated. If you're in the area, pop in to eat. You won't be disappointed, 10/10.

Even when it's just a night and breakfast, everyone makes you feel at home. Thanks to Benoit et son équipe, our annual stay at the Brit Hotel "Florimont" has been really pleasant.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Dinner seemed overpriced, so we went out instead.

The staff were really nice, kind, and helpful. The room was clean, well equipped, and big enough, though the furnishings were old fashioned. I should clarify that old fashioned is fairer than calling it trashy oldish, which wasn't fair.
