Chambre d'hôte

The place left a very pleasant impression, and I'll stay again. It's a charming hotel with new furniture and friendly staff. Breakfast was edible, the parking was clean, and both the station and city center are about a 10-minute walk away. I liked it.

March 1st. No heating in the house, just a space heater in the bedroom and bathroom, and no breakfast even though it was included. Help! They're making fun of their customers. They should be removed from the platforms.

My partner and I were left outside all night in heavy rain and freezing cold, with everything closed. I use an electric wheelchair, and I had clearly mentioned that when we booked the bed and breakfast for 12 nights, but nobody told us it wasn't suitable for people with reduced mobility. Near the end of our holiday in Lower Normandy, our transport was delayed. We'd planned for that, and she said it wouldn't be a problem. Still, when we arrived after 10 PM, the person greeting us said we couldn't stay because it wasn't accessible. First he offered one night, then changed his mind five minutes later. He did drive us back to Gisors. I know the hotel opposite the train station, but there was a wedding there that day. They could at least have waited to see whether it had an extra room. Leaving two disabled people out in that weather and at that late hour was unacceptable.

The room was simple and very clean, and the people were friendly. The bed was good and large.
