Puech Blanc

We spent an amazing two weeks at Puech Blanc with the family, in a little piece of paradise tucked away. Ian and Andrea were wonderful hosts, always ready to help. We tried canoeing, E biking, zip wiring, paddle boarding, and swimming, with a bit of relaxing in between. We hope to come back and see you soon. Thanks!

We'd love to return to this quintessential stretch of French countryside, with a trail from the property through rolling fields of vines and fevre beans. There are charming medieval villages within an easy drive, and the food is delicious. If their son is there, I'd recommend ordering dinner from him. The local wine they sell onsite is lovely to sip while taking in the countryside. Andrea and Ian were incredibly gracious and flexible with our planning questions and hiccups, even before we arrived. The peaceful property was exactly what we wanted for escaping the heat and getting beyond 1 km of Centre Ville in Toulouse. The pool was lovely, the pétanque court was a lot of fun, and the charming rooms were just right. Our friends stayed in the pigeonnaire, which was super-cute. The kitchens were well equipped for a good old-fashioned barbecue. The cats were friendly, the dog adorable, and everything about the place was fantastic.

Ian and Andrea were wonderful hosts at this lovely place in the French countryside. There's plenty to see and do nearby, or you can just unwind by the pool. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Le Duras. Puech Blanc is a relaxing, pleasant place with great landlords. There are nice towns and places within cycling distance.
