The staff were lovely from the moment we got there, and had everything ready. They found a place for our bikes and helped carry things up to the room. We’d booked by email and contact form for a night away in Ferrette from Basel. Our room was simple, bright and clean, with everything we needed. The bed was really soft and comfortable. There was air conditioning too, though we didn’t need it. The village is beautiful, and the ruin is worth a visit. We could hear some traffic in the morning because the hotel is right in the town center. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want earplugs. We’d absolutely stay again.

We had the Easter menu at the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Service was great as well. The room was spacious and clean, with a large modern bathroom, and the rates were very good value.

The castle views are fantastic. We found the rooms roomy and comfortable, and both the food and service were excellent. A lovely hotel.

Easy to find right on the main road in the village center. The Alsatian food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and really went out of their way to help.

Good value for the price, and a very nice hotel. The surrounding area is great for hiking and cycling.
