Last August, I was in Corsica on holiday with friends and stopped by the cellar at Domaine Peretti della Rocca. I bought a bottle of Colette – Corte dei Figari 2023 there. When we opened it, the wine was clearly oxidized and reduced, and completely undrinkable. That was very disappointing, given what I expected from the wine and what I paid. I’d had a very positive impression after visiting the cellar, so this was a shame. I’m contacting you to let you know what happened and ask if you could explain or offer a gesture of goodwill, such as a replacement or refund.

The vineyard view from the restaurant is amazing, and the wines made there are very good. We had an excellent meal after booking a table. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining all the dishes in English. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. The dishes are tasty, healthy and carefully made, and the views across the sprawling vineyards are amazing. Rooms are decorated beautifully, right down to the smallest details. Staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Shops and beaches are conveniently close. Way beyond what I expected. I’ll be back!

The restaurant was the highlight of our one-night stay at this beautiful domaine. We loved the food, especially the "tartare de veau," which was unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere. The staff took time to explain the dishes and describe their own wines so we could choose one. The house and rooms are tastefully decorated, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Breakfast was good too 👍🏼

Such a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, designed with care down to the last detail. The view is perfect, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast charge, an extra 25€ pP, which felt ridiculously high.
