It was lovely to find this hotel still open after our stay here 30 years ago. The update feels contemporary while still respecting the character of the beautiful French property. Our room had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the excellent evening meal from Les Bocaux de Bistro, which we could serve ourselves. Breakfast was wonderful too, and the staff made us feel welcome. A very worthwhile trip down memory lane!

The people were lovely and helpful, and we felt very welcome. Everything was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. With my bad leg, I would have preferred a separate shower instead of one over the bath, but we managed. We’ll come again. Stuart and Shelley Matthews.

The cottage was spotless, with tasteful decor, and we received a warm welcome. This was our second stay, and we’ve been happy here both times. The owners welcome dogs too, which is a nice bonus. We had an excellent week, and the region is beautiful. We hope to come back soon.
