Being so far from home, it means a lot to feel welcome, and the staff really go out of their way to help and accommodate you. They’re always friendly, and the hotel is consistently clean.

Flers is lovely to walk around, which was a nice extra. The hotel itself is really well set up, and the staff were lovely. Our two kids got little Ibis goodie bags when we arrived, and there were toys, including French tablet toys, in the breakfast and bar area so we could relax and eat a bit. The interconnecting room was the best I’ve ever seen. There was air-con, and breakfast had freshly squeezed OJ, bean-to-cup coffee, and a nice fresh selection of continental food. We’ll definitely be back. Best stop-over ever!

The staff were great and very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. Still, I was really disappointed that there was no restaurant, even though my reservation had been accepted.

The facilities were okay, but the location was poor and the staff were rude. I stayed one night in one room and was charged twice. When I contacted the hotel, they said they couldn’t go back through their records, and they haven’t replied to my emails since. Stay there at your own risk.

The breakfast was especially good, and I liked all the apple items since apples are local to the area. The hotel was just what I’d expect from an Ibis for the price, and the reception team were lovely, helpful and pleasant.
