We’ve been coming back for years, always happy to return. The staff are attentive and professional, and the massages and treatments are consistently high quality. It’s such a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this spa.

They start with a skin analysis before the facial, which is really helpful for choosing the right treatment. Mine also included a calming preparation and a brief massage, and the whole experience left me feeling completely satisfied. It was my first visit, and I’d recommend the place if you want to care for your face or get advice.

My wife is a regular at this spa and had been looking forward to her Headspa treatment at the Tour Émeraude. The idea is appealing, but it didn’t give her the relaxing experience she’d hoped for. The table wasn’t ergonomic for this treatment, and with no support for her neck, she felt unpleasant tension throughout the session. Loud clicks from the equipment each time it changed position kept breaking the calm atmosphere. The products also didn’t seem right for her. They didn’t provide much glide, so the scalp massage pulled at her hair, which was uncomfortable. Given the equipment and comfort issues, she won’t repeat the treatment. Better neck support and an overhaul of the noisy system would be needed for this to feel like a quality experience.

I’ve been three times now and will definitely come back. The location is incredible, and both the welcome and the treatments have been perfect. The service is excellent.
